Hello from Nature’s Rhythm, your lead teacher and Yoga in the Stars Community
Nature’s Rhythm is a lifestyle practice that has evolved naturally by your lead teacher Andrea, over a period of 25 years, placing importance of attuning to nature’s cyclical rhythms. And Yoga in the Stars is a not-for-profit yoga centre, focused on open interactions between creativity and spirituality through community.
THE TRAINING
This is an immersive training, rooted in embodied practice and explored through satsang. As you immerse in your practice and embody your yoga, becoming a teacher emerges as a natural unfolding.
OPEN DAY FOR
YTT200 HR STUDENTS
For many people, becoming a yoga teacher is a threshold moment. The training you choose shapes the teacher you become. Rather than rushing that decision, we invite you to an in-person open day.
You’ll meet the teachers, ask questions, connect with fellow students and get a feel for the local, area, the space, the community and explore Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Teacher Training, before you decide.
