The Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Membership circle is a living community, it is for anyone who wants to live closer to nature’s flow and be part of a community that moves, breathes and evolves together. Like the phases of the Moon, it’s designed so you can join wherever you are on your path, you’ll be supported to grow at your own pace and deepen your connection over time.

 Bahya Membership (Free Entry Level)

Purpose: This is our community gateway, a space to stay connected, inspired.

Includes:

• Monthly Nature’s Rhythm email (themes, reflections, upcoming classes/events)

• Access to the Nature’s Rhythm Yoga community space (Facebook group)

• Early notice of retreats, workshops and training dates

  Your invitation to begin, to breathe in and join the rhythm.

Free to join; you may unsubscribe or cancel at any time.

  Puraka – Associate Membership (£98 to join, then £15/month)

Purpose: Practise and learn to teach Nature’s Rhythm Yoga classes while deepening your personal practice.
Join the Yoga in the Stars community and explore how lunar and seasonal cycles can guide your teaching and inner rhythm.

Includes:

• Includes the Online 4-class Intro Series (£98 value) – access to pre-recorded classes 

• Seasonal journal prompts & lunar ritual PDF

• Member discounts on events & earn 20% commission on course sales (the online Intro Series £98).

• All benefits from Bahya membership

 For those ready to live, practise and teach in alignment with the moon’s cycle while deepening their personal connection to Nature’s rhythm

 Antar –Professional Membership (£1,150 to join, then £45/month)

Purpose: For yoga teachers and experienced practitioners who wish to integrate Nature’s Rhythm Yoga into their own offerings. This membership supports those ready to embody, share and teach the Nature’s Rhythm approach in their own unique way.

Includes:

• Teacher Specialist Course – CPD (40 hrs, Yoga Alliance accredited), covering sequencing, teaching methodology & philosophy. 

• Quarterly in-person professional development session

• Access to teaching resources 

• Marketing & support materials for those sharing the Nature’s Rhythm approach

• Discount on events & earn 10% commission on the course sales (the Teacher specialist £1,150)

• Website listing as a Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Teacher

• All benefits from Associate (Puraka) membership

 For yoga teachers & facilitators ready to live and lead in harmony with Nature’s cycles, deepening their professional offerings with authenticity, presence and the Nature’s Rhythm Yoga approach.

 Rechaka –Mentoring Circle (£111)

Purpose: Personal mentorship and transformation with Andrea Teja, for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their embodiment of Nature’s Rhythm Yoga and contribute to the collective evolution of the community and brand.

Includes:

• 1 private 1:1 call per month, a space for personal reflection, creative direction & support in your teaching, business & spiritual path.

• Guidance and shared reflection to bring Nature’s Rhythm Yoga into your practice, teaching and way of life.

• Private WhatsApp support between sessions for ongoing connection and accountability.

• Priority event booking and exclusive event discounts.

• All benefits from Professional (Antar) and Associate (Puraka) memberships

 For teachers walking the inner path of remembrance and transformation, this is not more training, but a sacred space to anchor your wisdom, reawaken your power and grow together through collective transformation.

Pathways into the Circle:

If you’re already a qualified teacher, the Rechaka Circle (£111/month) offers direct mentorship and a chance to co-create and expand the Nature’s Rhythm Yoga community.

If you’re not yet a teacher,  you can enter this path through the Rhythms of Yoga 200 – Hour Teacher Training and progress into mentorship upon completion.

 Mentor – Income Guide

This guide outlines the shared purpose, commitments, income flow, course distribution, retreat and event collaboration, guiding principles, administration and review process.
