If you’re looking for a way to deepen your yoga practice and connect with your inner self and share this wisdom in your classes, I would like to introduce you to Nature’s Rhythm Yoga.
In these four themed classes, inspired by the phases of the moon, we’ll explore how each one connects to a specific element and chakra, helping you tap into the energies within and with those that surround us too.
Each class is designed to give you the tools to balance your life in a meaningful way. Whether you’re feeling anxious and could benefit from the calming energy of a Waning Moon class, or you need to recharge with the grounding focus of a New Moon session, there’s a practice for whatever life throws your way. When you feel sluggish, practise with the fire of a Waxing Moon class.
Or, if you’re looking for something softer and more expansive, our Full Moon practice will leave you feeling aligned and open.
As a teacher, it’s important to encourage your students to trust their intuition and explore their own sense of alignment after you’ve shared your knowledge. This empowers them to move with integrity, not just in class but in their daily lives as well. By guiding them to listen inward, you’re helping them discover their inner teacher, reducing their reliance on external guidance over time.
Through Nature’s Rhythm Yoga, we focus on connecting students with the unified field by cultivating proper alignment and inner wisdom. Your role is to act as a facilitator, creating a safe and supportive space for them to engage in self-study and personal growth.
