This course was born from my deep exploration of how humans and nature are interconnected. Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in yoga and the cycles of the moon, experiencing their transformative power. Now, I’m eager to share those insights and guide you through your own journey.
The title “Experience Yoga with the Moon Phases” reflects the belief that our inner world mirrors the outer world. By aligning with these natural rhythms, you’ll be able to unlock your full potential.

In this course, you’ll practice yoga through the four phases of the moon – New Moon, Waxing Moon, Full Moon, and Waning Moon – along with their corresponding chakras and elements. By understanding and working with these energies, you’ll find a deeper sense of harmony, balance, and purpose.

The first of the *Nature's Rhythm Yoga* class series—a transformative journey into wholeness, begins with the New Moon class and the foundational element of Earth.
The second *Nature's Rhythm Yoga* Waxing Moon class is where you channel the fiery energy of passion and power toward “love in action.”
The third *Nature's Rhythm Yoga* Full Moon class invites you to work with the energy of the Heart and Throat chakras, deepening your connection to the element of air and also sound, which set the vibrational tone of your life.
The fourth class of the Nature’s Rhythm Yoga series focuses you on to your Inner Sanctuary, it aligns with the waning moon and guides you into a place of deep rest, introspection, and has a meditative approach.
Building on the six-hour online Nature Rhythm Yoga classes, the Teacher Training Program is designed for experienced yoga teachers who want to deepen their spiritual journey and expand their practice. This training will guide you in harnessing the moon cycle to enhance your own practice and those of your students.
After completing this course you will be able to download your certificate of completition.
This course is a beginner course and is open to everyone to join and take part. This course is also a requirement for teachers who wish to take our advanced Nature's Rhythm Yoga teacher training course.
