4 January – 11 January 2026
South Thailand – The Islands

We begin in the vibrant heart of Chiang Mai for a week of yoga, connection, adventure, and celebration. We’ll greet the turning of the year surrounded by golden temples, crisp mountain air, and the colourful buzz of Thailand’s most soulful city.
This is a week to move, breathe, and reconnect with what’s real and authentic in Thailand, infused with Nature’s Rhythm Yoga and mindful practices. You’ll also experience one of the world’s most exciting New Year’s Eve celebrations, right here in Chiang Mai.
Afternoons are free to wander: explore nearby temples, visit waterfalls or the elephant sanctuary, unwind in well-being spas, or browse the charming shops and cafés tucked along the sois of the historic Old Town. Save space in your suitcase… our final Sunday is for the famous Chiang Mai Sunday Walking Street Market, just steps from our hotel.
Evenings invite you to discover the rich flavours of Chiang Mai… from traditional Thai and Burmese dishes to Mexican, Vegan and fusion restaurants, all within walking distance. For those who enjoy music and nightlife, the city offers a vibrant live music scene. Or keep it cosy and share stories and laughter with kindred spirits.
Join a small circle of like-minded souls and welcome 2026 feeling clear, steady and inspired.

We’ll stay at a peaceful, welcoming hotel tucked into the heart of the Old Town. Everything you need is at your doorstep:
– 1-minute walk to our private yoga studio
– Spa (massages + treatments) next door
– Coffee shop & breakfast spot (plus a delicious mango & coconut ice cream place)
– Tour & excursion shop next door (for jungle treks + temple visits)
– A pool to cool down and rest after sun-filled days
We’ve personally visited the hotel.. it is central, serene and the perfect balance of ease and adventure for our yoga holiday.

After a soulful week in the north, we journey south to the turquoise waters and golden beaches of the islands. Here, life slows even more. The air softens, the sea sparkles, and days unfold at a barefoot pace.
You’ll arrange your own flights from Chiang Mai and book your stay. We’ll suggest a beachside area where we’ll meet for morning yoga. The rest of the day is yours… relaxed, free and open to what unfolds.
In the evenings we may gather again to stretch, reflect, or simply watch the sunset. There’s no pressure, just possibilities.
This 7 days away in the south of Thailand is a shared pause. A barefoot week of salt, sun, and soul where you follow your own rhythm and reconnect with what feels true.
You’ll have the freedom to island-hop, kayak through mangroves, snorkel in crystal waters, or simply lounge by the sea with a book. From Railay Beach to the Phi Phi Islands, this is nature’s playground.

A Typical Day – Island Escape (Week 2)
No alarm clocks. No schedules. Just the rhythm of the waves and the soft call of your breath.
– Morning:
Wake slowly with the sun rising over the sea. Join us on the beach for an optional morning yoga session, gentle stretches, breathwork, and meditation with the sound of lapping tides.
– Breakfast:
Wander barefoot to a beach café for fresh fruit, coconut smoothies, and Thai breakfasts. Mangos, dragon fruit, soft ocean air.
– Daytime:
The day is yours. Swim in turquoise waters. Hop on a longtail boat and island-hop. Kayak through mangroves or snorkel in coral reefs. Or do nothing at all.. stretch out on the sand with a book, nap under a palm tree, or float in the sea.
– Lunch:
Find a beach shack or cosy café for grilled fish, pad thai, tropical salads, or sip coconuts straight from the husk.
– Afternoon:
More of the same: ease, exploration, or rest. Visit the local Beaches, take a massage on the shore, or wander the limestone cliffs.
– Evening:
As the sky turns gold, drift to dinner spots, local seafood restaurants, fire shows, or quiet chats under the stars.
This is a barefoot week where time melts, hearts open, and you move as your spirit guides you.
Join as much or as little as you like.
The invitation is there to enjoy the moment.
