This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training brings together the wisdom of nature, the cycles of the moon, and the depth of traditional yoga.
Designed for aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners, the training supports students to teach from a place of authenticity, embodiment, and connection.
The central theme of the training is Living the Rhythms, integrating lunar awareness into daily practice through asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and self-inquiry.
The training includes 100 contact hours focused on foundation and embodied practice, delivered over 18 Mondays and a final integration weekend.
These hours include lunar-based asana sequencing, seasonal and elemental energetics, functional and intuitive movement, somatic awareness, pranayama as nervous system regulation, meditation aligned to moon phases, yogic philosophy in accessible language, nature wisdom, reflection, dialogue and experiential anatomy with an emphasis on felt awareness and injury prevention.
An additional 60 contact hours are dedicated to integration, humanities and practicum.
Students refine their personal teaching voice, adapt classes for diverse groups including beginners and seniors, develop nervous system sensitivity, explore ethical and sustainable approaches to the business of yoga and prepare for final teaching assessments.
Yoga humanities include the history and evolution of yoga, ethics, values, lineage, cultural awareness and integrity in modern practice.
Practicum hours include practice teaching, peer feedback, observed teaching and a final assessed class.
The remaining 40 non-contact hours include 30 hours of anatomy and physiology covering skeletal, muscular, fascial, nervous and energetic systems, alongside 10 hours of Nature’s Rhythm Yoga online study.
These online modules explore moon phases in depth and include reflection, journaling and self-inquiry practices.
Graduates are required to attend a minimum of 90% of the training, complete reflective journals, pass anatomy and philosophy assessments and successfully complete a final teaching assessment.
Upon completion, graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 and will be able to teach safe and inspiring yoga classes, integrate lunar and elemental awareness into their teaching, apply yoga philosophy in daily life and create sustainable, heart-led yoga offerings.
